Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients including chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, and assembling made-to-order bowls and salads
- Maintain food safety standards and follow proper sanitation procedures throughout all prep and service activities
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, and food processors
- Stock and organize prep stations to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours
- Collaborate with front-of-house team to fulfill orders accurately and within target times
- Assist with inventory management and receiving deliveries of fresh produce and ingredients
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and equipment maintenance
