Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through our fresh menu offerings with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Process orders accurately using our POS system and handle cash, credit, and mobile payment transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages, including specialty coffee drinks and fresh juices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and front-of-house equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and food quality standards
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues with professionalism
- Support opening and closing procedures, including equipment setup and daily cleaning tasks
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in fast-casual, restaurant, or customer service roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player attitude with a positive, can-do approach to challenges
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology/POS systems
